Permitted Transporter Information

NOTICE: NEW or RENEWING TRANSPORTERS SEEKING APPLICATION

For all new Hazardous, Medical, or Septage Transporters:

RI now uses a SharePoint File system for all transporter applications. 

How do I start an application? Gain access to a SharePoint File? Receive A Permit Number for a RI Transporter Application?

If your company is that of a new or renewing transporter seeking to initiate or renew an application in RI, please send an email to Alyson.Brunelli@dem.ri.gov to be assigned a SharePoint folder and Permit Number for your application. 

The SharePoint Folder will arrive with emailed instructions, application materials, and your RI Permit number. 

Any efforts made to circumnavigate this process, by mailing, or emailing previous versions of transporter applications, will result in return to the beginning with assignment of SharePoint Folder, containing updated applications.
