⚠️ Online Application Portal Maintenance Completed
The OWR Application Portal and DAFE Application Portal are back online following scheduled maintenance.
- OWTS professionals: OWTS Designer and Installer license renewals are still in development. We will share additional information via email and the DEM website when the system is ready. For questions or assistance, use the OWR Application Portal Ticket System.
- Pesticide License and Certificate Holders: Customers must complete their renewals by the applicable deadline. Renewals completed after the applicable deadline and 60-day grace period will be considered late and will require the applicator to retake the certification exam. Please plan ahead and complete your renewal on time to avoid having to retake the exam. Find details and renewal timelines at dem.ri.gov/dafe-portal.
