Annual Fee payments for RIPDES Construction General Permits (CGP) are now available through the OWR Application Portal.
To allow adequate time following the temporary service interruption, the payment deadline has been extended to July 31, 2026.
If you have questions or need assistance, please email DEM.STWConstruction@dem.ri.gov and include the RIPDES Permit Number listed on your invoice.
