Sun early with increasing clouds on Tuesday with light SW winds developing. Some slightly elevated PM to the upper GOOD around Providence. Precip overnight starts as snow, turning to rain on Wednesday. SW winds increase 15-20 mph, highs in the upper 40s, with GOOD air quality. The rainstorm blows through overnight with a sunny, dry, and breezy day (WNW 10-15 mph) for Thursday. Highs in the upper 30s.
