Air Pollution
PLEASE NOTE CHANGE TO RETURN ADDRESS ON APPLICATIONS
The Air Pollution Inventory (API) forms for reporting year 2024 are now available. The Office of Air Resources has the authority to request this information under 250-RICR-120-05-14, “Recordkeeping and Reporting” (Part 14), which requires sources of air pollution to maintain and submit records such that an accurate determination of emissions can be made. Please see below for the forms applicable to your facility. API forms for reporting year 2024 are due April 15th, 2025.
Reporting via the online CAERS reporting system is optional. If your facility reported using CAERS in previous years, you may continue to do so.
