The Rhode Island State Climate Office, housed at the Department of Environmental Management (DEM) and supported by its Office of Air Resources, is the primary resource for climate science in Rhode Island. We are recognized by the National Centers for Environmental Information (NCEI) and are a member state climate office of the American Association of State Climatologists (AASC).
