New Online Permit Application Portal Coming Soon
DEM is finalizing the launch of a new online permit application portal for the Office of Water Resources (OWR) Groundwater and Freshwater Protection Programs.
Phase One Launch: Tuesday, May 6
Starting May 6, all applications for Freshwater Wetlands, RIPDES Construction General Permit, Water Quality Certification, and Underground Injection Control Programs must be submitted/managed online. No applications will be accepted or permits issued through May 5. Incomplete or new applications must be submitted through the online portal starting May 6. Phase Two Launch: Tuesday, May 20
No Septic/OWTS applications accepted or permits issued from Friday, May 2 - Monday, May 19
