About Us
Designated as a Clean Cities Coalition in September 1998, Ocean State Clean Cities is one of the U.S. Department of Energy's nearly 100 Clean Cities coalitions.
The coalitions serve as the foundation of the Clean Cities Program by working on transportation projects in communities across the country. Clean Cities coalitions, including Ocean State Clean Cities, are public-private partnerships that educate and assist fleets and individuals in adopting the use of clean fuels and vehicles.
