Worker Protection Standard (WPS)
The Agricultural Worker Protection Standard (WPS) is an EPA regulation designed to protect agricultural workers. It contains requirements for protective equipment, restricted-entry times following pesticide applications, safety training, and other elements to prevent poisoning and injury from pesticides.
