Berthing Management Portal

Coastal Resources has launched a new online customer access portal for the RIDEM Berthing Management Database. This system allows public users who have berthing and land lease accounts with the DEM to view their accounts online and make payments. If you are interested in accessing your berthing or land lease account online, please fill out the RIDEM Berthing & Land Management Billing Database Public User Access Request form online and submit via email to james.oconnor@dem.ri.gov. You may also complete the form and drop it off in person or mail it to the Coastal Resources office at 301 Great Island Rd Narragansett, RI 02882.

Berthing Application Berthing at any state managed port, regardless of length of stay, requires a berthing application and a current berthing contract. Applications must be completed in full, notarized, with copies of insurance and applicable fishing permits. PDF file, less than 1

Berthing Cancellation Request Current berthholders that wish to cancel their berthing contract must complete the below application in full. The application signing must be witnessed. PDF file, less than 1

Yearly Parking Application for State Parking Lot G Placards may be obtained via mail or in person. Please provide the registration of each vehicle (or copy), the driver's license of the applicant, and that of the owner of vehicle 2 if different. All documents are required yearly.
