Berthing Management Portal Coastal Resources has launched a new online customer access portal for the RIDEM Berthing Management Database. This system allows public users who have berthing and land lease accounts with the DEM to view their accounts online and make payments. If you are interested in accessing your berthing or land lease account online, please fill out the RIDEM Berthing & Land Management Billing Database Public User Access Request form online and submit via email to james.oconnor@dem.ri.gov. You may also complete the form and drop it off in person or mail it to the Coastal Resources office at 301 Great Island Rd Narragansett, RI 02882. Access Your Account Questions?
