At 5,800 square feet, it is located on two different roof surfaces and uses a 4” extensive dual-media system planted with sedum plugs and pockets of herbaceous perennials added as accents. Additionally, the green roof fulfills the rigorous standards established by FM Global for buildings in hurricane zones, and is rated to deal with wind speeds up to 110 mph.
