Providence River Harvest Schedule Proposals

Please use this form to submit proposals for the Providence River harvest schedule. This form will be open through October 19, 2026. If you would like to submit multiple proposals, please submit this form once for each proposal.

Proposal Details

Do you plan to propose a single harvest schedule for the entire year?
One schedule for all of 2027
Different schedules for spring, summer, and winter

Proposed Harvest Structure - all year

Number of hours per opening - all year
Please provide a start and end time (e.g., 8AM - 11AM)
Number of Licenses Allowed Per Vessel - all year
Possession Limit - all year
Please provide the total number of days that the area would be open with 2 hour openings (e.g., 33).
Please provide the total number of days that the area would be open with 2.5 hour openings (e.g., 25).
Please provide the total number of days that the area would be open with 3 hour openings (e.g., 21).
Please provide the total number of days that the area would be open (e.g., 20) based on the opening length you provided above (i.e., # hrs).
Proposed Schedule - all year
List specific dates OR clearly describe day-of-week structure
Include assumptions about rain closures, sustainability, economic impacts, or triggers (e.g., proposed schedule assumes 50% of days will be closed due to rain during summer/fall with maximum of X days in the Providence River).

Proposed Harvest Structure (different seasons)

This section will walk you through a series of questions for each of the three "seasons" that schedules may be set:

Spring: January - April

Summer: May - October

Winter: November - December

If you would like two seasons to have the same harvest specifications, simply answer the questions the same way.
