Rhode Island DEM is seeking public input on the draft Statewide Implementation Analysis (SIA) for a Beverage Container Redemption, Packaging, and Recycling Plan. The public comment period will open on Thursday, October 15, 2026, and remain open through Thursday, November 16, 2026, at 4:00 PM.

A public hearing will be held in person to solicit input on the draft implementation analysis, at which all people interested will
have an opportunity to comment or deliver written comments. The hearing will begin with a brief informational presentation
about the report, followed by the opportunity to comment. The hearing will take place on Wednesday, November 4, 2026, at 1:00 PM
