SFMNP Participant Sign-up Form Questions for Produce Box Delivery

Eligible Rhode Island seniors may sign up to receive a one-time delivery of a Produce box filled with $50 of regional fruits, vegetables, and honey.

The SFMNP Produce Box is intended for individuals who are either not able to physically go to their local senior center to receive a SFMNP benefit card or those who are not able to physically redeem the SFMNP benefit cards at a local farmers market/farm stand.
There is a limit of one SFMNP produce box per household, and they are allocated on a first-come, first-serve basis.
Eligible RI seniors may not receive both a SFMNP Produce Box and a SFMNP Benefit Card in 2025.
