Capitol Square is a 22,000 square foot mixed-use development in the heart of Smith Hill in Providence. Designed to be a new gateway to the historic Smith Hill neighborhood, the two buildings were strategically sited on vacant lots along a major city arterial, while creating much needed affordable housing and economic opportunities to support the area’s ongoing revitalization. A series of advanced drainage systems located underground collect and infiltrate stormwater runoff from both the buildings and the rear parking area.
