The license year begins March 1st and ends on the last day of February, annually.

Special Trout Conservation Stamp	$5.50
RI Resident 65 years of age or older (permanent)	free
Veterans with a current 100% disability, or Individuals with 100% Permanent Disability (permanent)	free		DEM Licensing Office 235 Promenade St., Providence, RI 02908, in person, or by mail
Landowner and the members of their family when fishing from property on which they are actually domiciled. (No license required)
