Join the Warwick Wildlife and Conservation Commission and the Rhode Island Department of Environmental Management to discover what’s happening to Rhode Island trees on Wednesday, March 20 at 7 p.m.

Learn how weather—including changing weather patterns—affects trees with DEM Forest Health Program Coordinator Alana Russell, and explore how forest pests threaten trees with Warwick Wildlife and Conservation Commissioner and DEM Cooperative Agricultural Pest Survey program coordinator Cynthia Kwolek.

Warwick Wildlife and Conservation Commission works to preserve the City’s natural resources while promoting the development of the environment in an orderly, responsible fashion, including protecting watershed resources, preserving wildlife habitats, and promoting an ecological balance between the preservation of the natural landscape and the man-made environment.
