Walk and Learn about Bristol RI Public Shoreline Access
Join a walking tour of some of Bristol's public shoreline access sites! Bristol Harbor Master Greg Marsili, Leah Feldman of the CRMC, and Janet Freedman of the URI Coastal Institute will talk about how you can find these sites, how you might use them, and what to do if you think a site is public but looks private. Many public shoreline rights-of-way are also storm drain areas - we'll look at how Bristol has renovated stormwater filtration at one of these sites using green infrastructure for improved water quality. This event is free but registration is required.
