Rhode Island Compost Conference

The Rhode Island Compost Conference brings people together under the common goal of eliminating food waste from landfills. Through shared knowledge and discussions, attendees will learn of solutions that benefit both community and the environment.

Attendees consist of composters, haulers, municipality personnel, school students, faculty, administrators, restaurant owners, and really anyone who's eager to learn alternative methods of food waste disposal. 

The conference will share best practices in the composting of food waste. Attendees will come away with knowledge of many different composting methods, as well as a good sense of what tactics typically do and don't work.
