Launching on May 6, the OWR Application Portal for Groundwater and Freshwater Wetlands Protection Programs supports faster, more efficient and accessible environmental permitting and licensing.

Get a sneak peek at the new online application portal for the DEM Office of Water Resources (OWR). This live demonstration will include an introduction to the new online permitting portal for Freshwater Wetlands, Water Quality Certifications, RIPDES Construction General Permit and Underground Injection Control programs.

Note: This demo is geared towards Phase I programs only. A second demonstration will be scheduled for OWTS Applications ahead of the Phase II launch in late May.
