This event serves as an opportunity for the public to better understand the state regulatory process and to provide additional comments on proposed amendments to regulation, 250-RICR-120-05-17. This event is a combined public Q&A session that rolls into a public hearing on the proposed amendments to the Odor Regulation. RIDEM has extended the public comment period to November 13th to accommodate the 2nd public hearing and allow for additional time for comments to be submitted.
