Manure Q & A

NRICD’s staff will be available on Thursday evening, August 3rd for visitors to come by and learn about manure best management practices! Thompson Farm has a manure storage facility, and they manage their livestock manure to compost the waste on-site and utilize the compost for various landscaping projects. You can see the farm’s facilities, animals, and learn about USDA-NRCS funding is available to you and your property.
