Introduction to Saltwater Fly Fishing

Have you ever looked over a meandering river longing to learn how to fly fish? Now is your chance! Join RI DEM’s Aquatic Resource Education program on the Narrow River to learn how to fly fish. Instructors from Trout Unlimited, Rhody Fly Rodders and other organizations across the state will teach you what you need for a day on the water, how to cast, and where the fish can be found along the salt water portions of the Narrow River in North Kingstown. Registration is required and families with children over 10 are welcome to attend. All you need is a pair of chest waders; all other equipment and lunch is provided.
