Ikejime Research Project Information Meeting

The URI-led team received a grant from NOAA (Saltonstall-Kennedy Grant) to explore the market feasibility of finfish dispatched with a traditional Japanese method called ikejime. (This short YouTube video explains ikejime fairly well.) During this hybrid meeting, we will briefly cover: 

  1.  The goal and objectives of the project. 
  2. What we have done thus far and what is planned ahead in the future. 
  3. How you can get involved. There will be an ample time for Q&A and/or discussing any concerns you might have about the project. There is no need to register to attend the meeting. Simply come to the meeting venue or click the zoom link to attend.
