The USDA Farm Service Agency, in cooperation with USDA Natural Resources Conservation Service, Rhode Island Department of Environmental Management, Land and Sea Together, and the Eastern RI Conservation District will host an informational session on the Emergency Conservation Program (ECP) and Drought Assistance at the Tiverton Public Library.
