Demystifying Floodplain Management: What you need to know

What do we mean by floodplain and what’s really required for management? This webinar will review the basics of floodplain management for municipalities and property owners both, including FEMA requirements on elevation certificates and substantial improvement as well as some state-specific requirements including MA’s compensatory storage. We will also introduce resources on how to go above and beyond and have time to answer questions.
