Rhode Island Department of Environmental Management (DEM) is offering grants of up to $40,000 each for community groups to engage directly with the EC4, state agencies, and consultants working to prepare Rhode Island's 2025 Climate Action Strategy.

Groups should provide outreach, engagement, and facilitation support. Projects will run from approximately March 2024 to June 30, 2025. The deadline to apply is December 15, 2023.

An optional information session will be held on November 17th at 12:00 PM on Zoom for folks to ask questions about the 2025 Climate Action Strategy, the grants, and the application process.
