Please be advised the DEM Division of Marine Fisheries will be holding a regulatory workshop on Tuesday, July 16, 2024,4:30pm to solicit input regarding prospective amendments to the marine fisheries regulations, as follows:

AGENDA

1. Part 2 – Commercial Marine Fishing Licenses, Landing Permits, and Party and Charter Licenses: 
   1. Exit:entry ratio for Unlimited Finfish endorsement
   2. Exit:entry ratios for Unlimited Shellfish endorsement
   3. Dockside sales endorsement
2. Part 6 – General Equipment Provisions:
   1. Commercial netting prohibition in upper Pt. Judith pond
   2. Fixed gear prohibition in the Foster Cove channel and the narrows of Charlestown Pond
   3. Commercial netting prohibition in the upper narrows of the Narrow River
   4. Pot and buoy requirements
3. Part 7 – Dealers:
   1. Authorized species for Direct Sales Dealer license
