EVENT FULL

An important part of hunting is what comes after a harvest. At this workshop, instructors will explain and demonstrate how to field-dress and process a deer from the field to the freezer. This class will include tool demonstrations, how to skin a deer, how to prepare various cuts of meat, and how to make venison burgers, sausage, and steaks!
