State Parking Lot (G) Placard Applications

Vehicles parked in State Parking Lot (G), located behind the Division office, must display either a valid yearly parking placard, or a daily parking pass. Vehicles without either item are subject to towing.

Daily parking passes can be obtained via mail or in person, either from a lot attendant or the Division office. For more information, please call 401-783-5551.

Yearly Parking Application for State Parking Lot G Placards may be obtained via mail or in person. Please provide the registration of each vehicle (or copy), the driver's license of the applicant, and that of the owner of vehicle 2 if different. All documents are required yearly. Berthing Management Forms

Berthing Application Berthing at any state managed port, regardless of length of stay, requires a berthing application and a current berthing contract. Applications must be completed in full, notarized, with copies of insurance and applicable fishing permits. PDF file, less than 1

Berthing Cancellation Request Current berthholders that wish to cancel their berthing contract must complete the below application in full. The application signing must be witnessed. PDF file, less than 1

Berthing and Land Lease Online Management System Access Current berthholders or land lease holders are invited to use the online Berthing Management System for the payment of their bills. To gain access to this online system, please complete and return the application. PDF file, less than 1

Landing Licenses and Vessel Declarations

Commercial landing licenses and vessel declarations are available for renewal or purchase at the Coastal Resources office. For recreational fishing licenses, commercial fishing licenses (MPURP, RSTND), please visit RIO (the online licensing system) or the Office of Boating & Licensing.

Landing License Application Individuals that hold federal permits may purchase Resident and Non-Resident Landing Licenses. Please include a copy of the federal permit and out of state license, as applicable. New applicants: please notarize. PDF file, less than 1

Marine Fisheries Programs

Certain commercial fisheries programs are administered in conjunction with the Division of Marine Fisheries. The programs with applications currently available are below.

2024 Aggregate Program Application - Winter I Program (Summer Flounder) Commercial fishers wishing to participate in the 2024 Summer Flounder Aggregate program must have (1) a valid Summer Flounder Exemption certificate for the given vessel, and (2) all listed operators must have valid licenses.
